Conveyed operates as a licensed property broker under FMCSA Broker Authority. We arrange vehicle transport through vetted, insured motor carriers. Conveyed does not own, operate, or contract for the operation of motor vehicles. Our services constitute transportation brokerage only.

Conveyed provides vehicle transport brokerage services only. Conveyed is not a motor carrier, not an insurer, not a financial advisor, and not a legal advisor.
Our services include arranging transport, vetting carriers, coordinating pickup and delivery logistics, providing shipment updates, and assisting with claims if necessary. We do not provide vehicle repair, storage, customs clearance, or import/export services.
Transport engagements are confirmed upon receipt of the applicable deposit. A deposit is collected at booking to secure carrier assignment. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and Zelle. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors — we do not store your payment information.
Receipts and booking confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of booking.

Misrepresentation of vehicle condition (e.g., listing a non-running vehicle as running) may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
Once a carrier has been dispatched and confirmed for your shipment, the client agrees not to contact the carrier directly regarding pricing, scheduling changes, or cancellation. All communication with the carrier must go through Conveyed's dispatch team.
Direct client-carrier communication regarding pricing or terms may result in confusion, duplicate bookings, or voided insurance coverage. Your dedicated coordinator is your single point of contact for all shipment-related matters.
Estimated transit times and pickup windows are projections based on route distance, carrier availability, and seasonal conditions. Conveyed does not guarantee specific pickup or delivery dates except for expedited shipments, which guarantee carrier assignment within 24–48 hours.
Delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, carrier mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, your dedicated coordinator will keep you informed of the updated timeline.
While Conveyed makes every effort to arrange reliable, timely transport through vetted carriers, we cannot guarantee outcomes. Market conditions, carrier availability, weather, road conditions, and other external factors affect all shipments.
Conveyed's role is to exercise professional judgment in selecting carriers, coordinating logistics, and communicating with clients. We do not guarantee the performance of third-party carriers.
Every carrier dispatched through Conveyed maintains active cargo insurance as required by FMCSA regulations. Conveyed also maintains contingent cargo insurance as an additional layer of protection.
In the event of damage during transport, claims are filed against the carrier's cargo insurance policy. Conveyed will assist in the claims process by providing documentation, coordinating with the carrier, and advocating on your behalf, but Conveyed is not the insurer of record.
It is your responsibility to inspect your vehicle at both pickup and delivery and to note any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.
Conveyed's total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Conveyed shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action or theory of liability.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled pickup may forfeit the deposit if a carrier has already been assigned and dispatched.
To cancel a booking, contact your dedicated coordinator by phone or email. Cancellation confirmation will be sent in writing.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Somerset County, New Jersey.
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if we have your email address) or by posting a prominent notice on our website prior to the change taking effect.
